Any information we may receive from any health care professionals (GP’s, Hospitals, Consultants and any other associates) will also be added to your optical records to ensure accurate medical history and on-going care for you.

Any purchase of a product or service from us may be collected via credit/debit card. Your payment card information is not held by us, it is collected by a card payments processor who specialises in the secure capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

To provide eyecare services we are required by law and the Opticians Act governed by the General Optical Service.

If required under any fraud prevention, criminal activity or insurance directly associated to you.
