Ramona became part of the Eye 2 Eye family in 2019. Before joining the world of optics, she
worked in the dental industry, with the past experience in public-facing roles Ramona is very
welcoming and excels assisting customers with any enquires they may have. She is very
keen on broadening her knowledge within the optical industry.
When it comes to fashion and style Ramona knows it all.

Pam has been part of the Eye 2 Eye team since 2008 when she took over the role of Operations Supervisor (she doesn’t do operations !!!). She makes sure that the wheels of the business are turning and everything from customer orders, appointments, stock, admin and the most importantly the clinic is all running smoothly. Pam’s attention to detail makes the teams life so much easier and her dedication to the business and perfection has got us into the awards.

Ria joined the Eye 2 Eye family in 2018! She is currently a student in her final year of university. She started of her Eye 2 Eye journey as an Optical Assistant and soon developed her passion and took on the role as our marketing manager!

She’s loves creating amazing ideas and quirky marketing for our brand and puts 100% into any task she is given with a smile… Ria has a great understanding of how an optician’s is run and so is able to combine both her marketing skills with her optical knowledge to create eye-catching content.

Jaya has been qualified for over 13 years, if there’s one person who loves to see ”Eye 2 Eye”  its Jaya! She spends most of her days looking into people’s eye, what a great job! She find that being an optometrist is not only fulfilling, but she gets the job satisfaction from touching so many lives on a daily basis, Jaya says “it’s rewarding being able to help someone prevent sight loss”. She is a perfectionist and will except nothing less and takes a very hands on approach with all her patients whether that is from testing their eyes, to finding a suitable and fashionable pair of glasses, Jaya is there!

And yet after 13 years she’s still a student always wanting to keep up to date with the latest tech and clinical expertise, by attending regular courses and seminars to ensure she is always providing the best eye care solutions!

Dipesh is the face of not just Eye 2 Eye Opticians, but the face of Belmont Circle.

He has been qualified as a Dispensing Optician since 1996 and has a worked in several well known optical stores along with starting up 2 successful Independent practices alongside his wife.  Dipesh has been in the industry for a long time working at senior management positions, and is highly qualified and trained in all aspects of the Optical market.

He is also skilled in Optical Business Consultancy, and regularly attends and participates in local business groups to help nourish other businesses as well as his own.  He has an interest in specialist lens dispensing and will never say no to rising to a new challenge.

Dipesh says “I believe service is everything.  You can buy glasses from anywhere these days, but getting a premium quality product and going that extra mile to exceed customer expectations is what I stand for.  It’s easy to earn money, but it’s much harder to earn a reputation.”

Sneha is the company director of Eye 2 Eye Opticians alongside Dipesh.  As well as being a qualified Contact Lens Optician seeing and treating patients with various contact lens issues for many years, Sneha has a background of management in Optics.  (She had also previously started up and owned another practice before setting up Eye 2 Eye Opticians – almost 10 years ago!)  Sneha is our all-rounder.

She will get stuck in with the day to day tasks, assist and guide patients while selecting frames and lenses and also watches over and manages the team giving them continual support and training so that they are always performing at the highest level of standard.

Sneha says: “Having been in the Optics trade for many years now, I have seen the most reputable businesses are the ones that spend time focusing on always improving their practices so that they are continually growing.  Patients naturally want to have the best possible health care treatment, which is why we invest time and money into the latest equipment, provide a constant level of superior service and have a highly educated and well trained specialised team in store.”
