When you visit our practice, your eyes will be examined by a fully qualified optical practitioner. We will discuss your individual needs, answer your questions and advise you on keeping your vision in the best possible condition. You will also receive a copy of your optical prescription.
We believe in transparency, so should you need glasses or contact lenses, you will be given a full explanation of the different options available and the costs involved.
Laura is one of our newest members in the team. She is our technical brains having had experience in working in Optical Labs in the past… so if it’s broken – she can fix it!
Laura is also one of our main frame stylists having had worked in establishments in affluent areas in London where she has styled out many top professionals (and even some famous faces!) Laura says, “Fashion these days is everything. We live in digital age where browsing on social media is part of our daily lifestyle. Instagram and Facebook are not just the craze of young kids but also many professionals and businesses. We want to look good because looking good means feeling great! So getting styled out in new glasses should be a fun experience, because you don’t know who will be scrolling past your face throughout the day!”
Dipesh is the face of not just Eye 2 Eye Opticians, but the face of Belmont Circle.
He has been qualified as a Dispensing Optician since 1996 and has a worked in several well known optical stores along with starting up 2 successful Independent practices alongside his wife. Dipesh has been in the industry for a long time working at senior management positions, and is highly qualified and trained in all aspects of the Optical market.
He is also skilled in Optical Business Consultancy, and regularly attends and participates in local business groups to help nourish other businesses as well as his own. He has an interest in specialist lens dispensing and will never say no to rising to a new challenge.
Dipesh says “I believe service is everything. You can buy glasses from anywhere these days, but getting a premium quality product and going that extra mile to exceed customer expectations is what I stand for. It’s easy to earn money, but it’s much harder to earn a reputation.”
Sneha is the company director of Eye 2 Eye Opticians alongside Dipesh. As well as being a qualified Contact Lens Optician seeing and treating patients with various contact lens issues for many years, Sneha has a background of management in Optics. (She had also previously started up and owned another practice before setting up Eye 2 Eye Opticians – almost 10 years ago!) Sneha is our all-rounder.
She will get stuck in with the day to day tasks, assist and guide patients while selecting frames and lenses and also watches over and manages the team giving them continual support and training so that they are always performing at the highest level of standard.
Sneha says: “Having been in the Optics trade for many years now, I have seen the most reputable businesses are the ones that spend time focusing on always improving their practices so that they are continually growing. Patients naturally want to have the best possible health care treatment, which is why we invest time and money into the latest equipment, provide a constant level of superior service and have a highly educated and well trained specialised team in store.”
Nalini joined Eye 2 Eye Opticians in 2011. Nalini has a background of running a business.
She understands the key foundation as to what needs to be done daily to keep a practice remaining smooth and efficient. Nalini is also our primary merchandiser. With her great understanding of the latest trends, she has a good eye for getting you styled out in fashionable glasses which will never fail to disappoint you.
Nalini says: “Treating each patient as an individual and understanding what they want is so important to me. Having a smooth, flowing shop in the background helps to create an environment in which we can always achieve the goals a patient desires.”
Agata joined Eye 2 Eye Opticians in 2012. She has a strong background of Optics having had worked in a Multiple Optician for several years prior to joining the team. She is extremely passionate about finding the perfect frame for you that will not only look good on you but make you feel great in too!
Agata says “Walking into an Opticians is not just reading letters on a letter chart and buying glasses, it is the whole journey and experience you go through from the moment you step in through the door.
Working at Eye 2 Eye Opticians has given me the opportunity to spend time with patients so I get to know them really well and I really find it enjoyable guiding them to find the best frame and lens for their purpose.”
Sonal has been with Eye 2 Eye Opticians since 2012. She is our Senior Optometrist and is specialised in Dry Eyes, Optical Coherence Tomography Analysis and Ortho – Keratology.
Her interests include Children’s Eye care, Contact Lenses and Ocular Diseases. Sonal spends quality time with patient’s, understanding their needs, whether it be an eye health associated problem or a visual problem and prides herself by using the latest clinical equipment to investigate their concerns and manages these with the highest level of care.
Sonal says, “Every patient that I see is an individual and therefore is treated as an individual. As a medical practitioner, I believe that quality of care should never be compromised. My duty of care is to communicate expert advice professionally with a high level of service. Giving the experience that patient’s deserve is what I strive to do best.”
